At The Grounded Art Collective, we provide an exclusive, appointment-only experience to ensure that every client receives the highest level of artistry and attention. Due to the demand for our work, we require a 7-day notice for cancellations and reschedules.

✔ A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
✔ If you need to reschedule, we require at least 7 days' notice for your deposit to be transferred to a new date.

🚫 Cancellations within 7 days of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
🚫 No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full session fee and may result in restricted future booking opportunities.
